Amy AI ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by Obvix Labs. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users, especially minors. This policy explains what data we collect through our waitlist website at amy.obvix.io and how we handle it.

We collect the following data when you interact with our site:

  • Email address — provided voluntarily when you join the waitlist.
  • Survey responses — optional answers about your interest (e.g. parent, educator, or builder) submitted alongside the waitlist form.
  • Analytics data — if you accept cookies, Google Analytics collects anonymized usage data such as pages visited, approximate location (country/region), device type, and referral source. We do not enable Google Signals or advertising features.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To add you to the Amy AI waitlist and send launch updates.
  • To understand who is interested in Amy (aggregate survey data).
  • To improve our website based on anonymized analytics.

We will never sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Cookies & Tracking

We use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies to measure site traffic. These cookies are only loaded after you accept the cookie consent banner. If you decline, no tracking cookies are set.

We also use browser localStorage (not cookies) to store your session ID and survey responses locally on your device. This data never leaves your browser unless you submit the waitlist form.

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Our waitlist website does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The waitlist collects only an email address, and we encourage parents or guardians to submit on behalf of younger users. When the Amy AI product launches, it will include full COPPA-compliant parental consent flows.

Waitlist data is stored on secured servers. We use HTTPS for all data transmission. Access to collected data is limited to authorized team members only.
